Welcome to FixFlip. By accessing our platform, utilizing our certified refurbished
storefront, arranging instant trade-ins, or booking our certified doorstep electronics
repair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to
be bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions.
IMPORTANT: If you do not agree with any specific clause within these terms,
you must immediately halt all active interactions, transactions, and service booking
processes on the FixFlip platform.
Section 2.0
User Responsibilities & Device Ownership Declarations
When transacting on FixFlip—specifically when selling old smartphones, tablets, or
laptops—you guarantee that you are the sole lawful owner of the device. You must supply
fully accurate identification metadata and assume full liability for the security of your
device's historical user accounts.
- You certify that you are at least 18 years of age and hold a valid government-issued ID
(Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport) matching your transactional booking profile.
- You accept absolute responsibility for securely wiping all user data, secure profiles,
banking logs, and locked credentials before releasing any device to our certified
on-site logistics agents.
Section 3.0
Intellectual Property Rights
All structural design systems, source code, interactive web assets, custom unbounded graphic
headers, proprietary algorithms, database nodes, branding marks, and marketing literature
hosted on the FixFlip platform are protected under national copyright and trademark laws.
Section 4.0
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall FixFlip Re-commerce Pvt Ltd, its managing directors, corporate
officers, on-site service mechanics, or logistical partners be held liable for any indirect,
incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from a lost user database, data
breach from uncleared devices, or doorstep logistical delays beyond human control.
Section 5.0
Governing Law & Arbitration
These operational legal terms, system rules, and general user transactions are strictly
interpreted and governed in complete accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any
litigation, procedural claim, or legal dispute stemming from your interaction with our Delhi
network shall be resolved in courts within the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.
