Refund Policy

Detailed rules, conditions, and processing times for return transactions and cancellations.

Section 1.0

Certified Device Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your refurbished purchase. FixFlip provides a 7-Day Hassle-Free Return & Refund window for all certified devices sold through our web platform.

  • Return items must remain in their exact delivered physical state, free of newly introduced scratches, locks, or software links.
  • Returned devices must include all original packaging box inserts, charging cords, and warranty documents.
Section 2.0

Instant Selling & Payout Rules

Once you complete an old phone trade-in with our logistics agent, the transaction payout is processed instantly via UPI, bank transfer, or digital wallet.

NOTE: Trade-in transactions are final. Because sold devices immediately enter our secure refurbishing pipeline, we cannot return a device once the instant payout is issued.
Section 3.0

Doorstep Repair Cancellation

You have the right to reschedule or cancel a doorstep repair booking at no cost up to 2 hours before your scheduled service window. If our doorstep engineer determines that a device is not repairable on-site, a minimal diagnostics fee of ₹299 applies.

Section 4.0

Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following transactions are strictly non-refundable:

  • Tempered glass screen guards, physical protective cases, or accessory packages once opened.
  • Successfully completed hardware repair services where the original parts defect is fully resolved.
Section 5.0

Replacement & Exchange Policy

If your device arrives with a shipping defect, we will arrange a direct exchange for an identical model within 48 hours of booking. Payouts for standard returns are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of hardware inspection.
